6 X 25 uh2o kicking @ 50
6 X 50 Board Kick @ 50 Best Avg.
6 X 25 uh2o kicking @ 45
3 X 100 Board Kick @ 1:40 Best Avg.
6 X 25 uh2o kicking @ 40
Notes: It's not hard to see that today is Leg Day. Board Kicking is done FR or FL and keep the numbers low. The 25's are underwater. The goal is always to make it the entire way underwater. If you can't, do the SIN WAVE KICK and come to the surface to get your air. Streamline fly kick is always good, however, Breaststrokers are welcome to do underwater streamline BR kick.
