6 K/S, S/K - 6 Pull - 6 IMO/FR
Main Set
30 X 50 @ 1:00 FAST/EZ
1 FAST - 5 EZ
2 FAST - 4 EZ
3 FAST - 3 EZ
4 FAST - 2 EZ
5 FAST - 1 EZ
Notes: 1st workout in the spring training block, today is a FAST/EZ day, straight forward!
Spring Training Block:
- M-W-F will be high intensity in which Monday will be High Performance (equal work to rest ratio), Wednesday will be some high velocity and Friday will be a challenge day.
- Tues-Thur-Sat. will be geared toward general conditioning,
- Main sets through the spring will be about 30 minutes
