24 X 25 IM or stroke @ 30 best avg.
1 X 300 Kick @ 5
12 X 50 Kick @ 60 alt. 1st/last 25 Kick underwater
1 X 300 FR @ 3:30
6 X 100 @ 1:10
Notes: Adjust sendoff's according to ability, steady, strong, consistent effort from start to finish. No breaks between lines. HR should be around 25 +\- throughout set.
