Start outside Pool:
30 Squats at the cheese
30 walking lunges at the chapel
30 tuckups on the island in sem pond
30 Mtn. Climbers on the Walking Bridge over Beltline
30 Pushups behind Beets-Veenstra
Run 400M Backwards around Track
Get back to the pool as fast as possible.
