300 Kick every 3rd 25 w/ board
300 25 Kick on side, 25 Kick on back, 25 swim NO board
300 Kick 50 w/ board, 50 w/o

Main Set: (45 Minutes)
5 X [3 X 25 + 3 X 50 + 75] @ 40-50-1:30
25's = underwater
50's = Board Kick FAST
75 = Swim maximizing 15M underwater
*have board on other side of the pool ready to go.
