#1 - Kick @ 1:40
#2 - IM @ 1:30
#3 - FR @ 1:20
9 X 50 @ 1:00 as follows:
#1 - Sprint 1st 25
#2 - Sprint Last 25
#3 - Sprint 50
9 X 25 @ 40 Sprint

Notes: Workout starts with some good sustained effort as you change movement patterns with Kick/IM/FR, go right into the 50's which are some fast EZ swimming and finish with some "Leave No Doubt 25's"
