Main Set

1st 4 = FAST 1st 25
2nd 4 = FAST 2nd 25
3rd 4 = FAST 3rd 25
4th 4 = FAST 1st 50
5th 4 = FAST 2nd 50
Last 4 = FAST 75

Notes: Good Progression to accumulate some fast lengths as you extend the length of the effort from start to finish. FAST = around P200 or better.
