High Velocity Today: Short Chunks of very high speed and don't forget quality.
Warmup on your own (1000-1500):
40 X 50 @ 1:00 or so
#1 - sprint 1st 15M from dive
#3 - sprint 1st 25 from dive
#5 - build last 25 (last 10 yards at race speed)
#7 - sprint last 25
EVENS - all ez, long strongs
feel free to change up stroke, kick, add/subtract equipment as desired
