Warmup
10 minutes of dry, dynamic stretching
12 X 100 @ 1:30-40
1st 3 EZ/Loosen, last 9 pull with fewest strokes
Main Set
6 X 50 Stroke/FR IMO @ 50
6 X 100 Kick @ 1:40
6 X 50 Stroke/FR IMO @ 50
6 X 200 FR @ 2:40
6 X 50 choice @ 60 FAST
Notes: Standard Aerobic, sustained effort, short rest pattern. Overall, some short doses of strokes, with the attention will revolve around the 100's Kick and 200's swim.
