Spring Training Block

Warmup as needed

Main Set
2 X's:
3 X 25 + 3 X 75 @ 40-1:10
3 X 25 + 2 X 125 @ 40-2:00
3 X 25 + 225 @ 40-3:00

Notes: 25's are 8 stroke drill or fewest strokes, the 75-225's are trying to maintain the lowest stroke count throughout the swim. You always get to reset with the 25's then try to maintain the efficiency.
