4 BR drills - alt. BR/FL kick; 1 pull-2 kick
4 FL drills - 4-5 kicks to chin; 4-5 kicks to full stroke
6 F-E-F-E-F-E
12 X 75 @ 1:15
4 D1-4
4 50 80% 25 90%
4 50 90% 25 100%
Notes: rotate through some stroke patterns for the first half and then work through some gears on the second half of the workout.
