Rd. 1-2 Kick or stroke on 50's and 25's
Rd. 3. FR w/ 150's FASTER
Rd. 4. Fins and Paddles w/ 50's and 25's FASTER
Notes: Some general conditioning, FASTER is not all out, just surge and bring it back under control. Gives some options for some kick and stroke.
