4 X 25 Plunge @ 45
4 X 25 Flags to wall + plunge @ 45
4 X 25 MP to wall + plunge @ 45
Main Set
12 X 25 FL @ 35
6 X 50 BK @ 50
4 X 75 BR @ 1:30
3 X 100 IM @ 1:30
2:00 Break
8 X 50 @ 1:15 4IMO
Notes: Work on some streamlines and strength off the walls on the plunges after you get loosened up. Main set is some IM work, always good to work through all of the strokes!
