Main Set
Choose One (15 minutes of your best)

5 X 200 @ 3 D1-5
5 X 50 @ 3 Bring IT!
15 X 75 @ 60 Best AVG.

Notes: It's FRIDAY, get a good warmup, and finish the work week with a good effort!
