Main Set
4 X [2 X 125 + 2 X 75 + 2 X 50] @ 1:40-1:30-1:20-1:10-1:00-50
Rd. 1 = Pull
Rd. 2-3 = Stroke or IM on #1; FR on #2
Rd. 4 = FINS and Paddles, Strong!!!

Notes: some general conditioning to start the week off, good sustained effort throughout
