Main Set
5 X [2 X 100 + 100 EZ] @ 1:30-3

Rd. 2 - Stroke/IM
Rd. 3 - Kick
Rd. 4 - Stroke/IM
Rd. 5 - FR
Notes: Main set is 3 minute ON - 3 minute Off pattern. I Put a pattern to follow to change things up, but you can make it your own. Think of it as 5 double up sets of 100's. Put some good numbers together.
