12 X 50 @ 55 alt. K/S, S/K
6 X 25 @ 50 underwater skills, i.e., SIN wave kicking/Pullouts
Main Set (33 minutes)
3 X's:
4 X 75 + 4 X 25 + 100 @ 1:30/45/2:00
75's = Board Kick Best Avg.
25's = underwater
100's = Swim D1-3, working to maximize time spent underwater.
Notes: Nice Leg Day that will allow you to put together some good board kicks, some underwater kicking and then integrating it into some swimming.
