#1 = Kick on Side
#2 = Kick 10 with good connection on switch
#3 = Catchup Stroke, hip driven freestyle
Main Set (30 Minutes)
15 X 100 @ 2:00
#1 - 1 Kick/Swim (no Board)
#2 - FR - hold stroke count on 2nd 50
#3 - Stroke/FR
#4 - FR - hold stroke count on 2nd 50
#5 - FAST to sand Bar + :10R + FAST back to Wall
Notes: Good Long Course Day, moving through some different strokes and kicks with just a little speed. Let the LC pool strengthen the strokes!
