Main Set
12 X 75 @ 1:05 Strong (80%)
8 X 75 @ 1:10 FAST (90%)
4 X 75 @ 1:15 Bring It (100%)
Notes: How much control do you have in your gears? The better your fitness, the more control you have, A perfect set will see some control so you bring down your times and finish with your best.
