Main Set
18 X High Velocity Swims @ 1:30+
6 Flags to Flags (no wall, dolphin dive start)
6 wall to MP and back to wall
6 full 25's w/ fins and paddles
Notes: first 12 repeats are dealing with no wall and/or some neg. momentum after the MP flip. Be strong, get back to your lines and get back up to full speeds.
