6 X 25 @ 30 FAST (Broken swim)
Distance Option
6 X 100 @ 2:00 P500
6 X 100 Kick @ 2:30 best avg.
6 X 100 @ 2:00 P500
6 X 100 @ 1:10-20 best avg.
Notes: There is a difference when you swim fast, your skills need to be sharper and more focused.
