Monster Walk (30 steps)
Atomic Pushups using swing set

Plank with Leg Lift
Part II (3-4 X's)
Curtsy Lunge
Bench Dips
Inverted Rows
Vertical Leg Crunches
Part III (3-4 X's)
Swing Set Leg Curl
Incline Clap Pushups
Drea Roll to Pullup
Plank with opp. toe touch
