Notes: The reps on the left are FAST!, the reps on the right are EZ/Active Recovery. Using this pattern, you can easily cater to your needs by using Kick or Stroke throughout the set to cover your needs. You will notice that we have transitioned to the Summer Training Block, which will take us through June and July before using August to rest before the collegiate season.
