50 FL-25BK
25 FL - 50 BK
50 BK - 25 BR
25 BK - 50 BR
50 BR - 25 FR
25 BR - 50 FR
6 X 50 IM @ 50
*50 IM = 2 strokes of FL and then BK to wall. 2 strokes BR and then FR to wall.
Notes: Transition is the theme for the day. always changing from stroke to stroke, never get comfortable for too long. Effort should stay the same from start to finish
