12 - 3 FAST - 3 EZ - 2 FAST - 2 EZ - 1 FAST - 1 EZ
Notes: Threshold set to start the week, notice that it is equal work:rest ratio. The starts off with some short 50's FAST and you can recover on the 2nd 50, then we up it to 100's on the last 12.
