Main Set (45 Minutes)
10 X 100 FR @ 1:20-30
10 X 75 @ 1:20-30 2 Kick - 2 IM (FL-BK-BR, BK-BR-FR), 2 Kick, 2 IM, 2 Kick
100 + 200 + 300 + 400 @ 1:30 per 100
Notes: Keep it Long and smooth today, keeping the HR down and accumulate a little volume. Starts with some steady 100's, followed by some kick and stroke, and finishes with some reps of increasing length.
