Main Set
36 High Velocity Swims @ 70
6 from flags to flags - no wall start, facing direction you are going - use legs to initiate momentum
6 from flags to flags - no wall start, facing opp. direction which means you will have to flip/spin first
6 from wall to far flags
12 X 25 w/ FINS
6 X 25 from dive
Notes: swimming at highest speeds and taking best strokes
