Main Set
5 X 25 @ 30 FAST
5 X 50 @ 50 F-F-E-F-F
5 X 75 @ 1:10 F-E-F-E-F
5 X 100 @ 1:30 E-F-E-F-E
5 X 125 @ 1:50 E-E-F-E-E
5 X 150 @ 2:10 EZ

Notes: The FAST reps go from 5 down to 0, but the reps do get longer. You will have some long, ez swimming at the end of the workout to end the week. You can definitely mix in some stroke or kick into this pattern.
