Main Set
3 X 300 Pull @ 4
4 X 200 Kick 1st 50-100-150-200 @ 3:15
4 X 100 IM @ 1:30
4 X 50 @ 1:15 P200
4 X 25 @ 1:15 FAST!!!
Notes: Rainbow set for the middle of the week, start long and quiet, and start ramping up the HR, tempo, effort as you go!
