Warmup
200 + 4 X 50 + 4 X 25 @ :15R reducing strokes and longer streamlines
Main Set (40 Minutes)
2 X [3 X 75 + 75] @ 60-90
3 X [3 X 75 + 50] @ 55-90
4 X [3 X 75 + 25] @ 50-90
Notes: This is a set for timing your biggest gear. The last 75-50-25 should be swum at your highest effort/biggest gear to work on finishing strong. The 1st 3 75's are strong and steady with a little bit of a challenge as the rest gets taken away a little bit.
