15 Minute Kick @ 16:00
Rotate 50 side + 50 FL on BK + 50 Board (strong and steady)
12 X 25 uh2o @ 45-60 (FAST - good body position/streamline muscles)
15 Minute Board Kick
Rotate 25 BR - 50 FL - 75 Flutter (strong and steady)
Notes: Work the legs today and streamline muscles in the middle.
