12 X 50 @ 55 Fast-EZ
12 X 50 @ 45 F-E-F-E-F-F-E-E-F-F-F-E
Notes: Start the set with some strong 50's, holding your best, all rest is rest on the wall, then transition into a F-E pattern with active recovery. Nice little test on a Monday.
