Warmup as Needed

Main Set
12 X 25 @ 40 drills/skills
6 X 100 @ 1:30 smooth-lowest stroke count
5 X 75 @ 1:00 start moving (80%)
4 X 50 @ 45 pick it up again (90%)
4 X 25 @ 30 FAST!!! (100%)

Notes: start off with your favorite connection drills, and then start taking that stroke into your bigger gears.
