5 X [3 X 25 + 50 + 25] @ 40-45-50-55-60
Rd. 1 is on 40, Rd. 2 is on 45......
Notes: 750 yards of high end swimming. Get a good warmup and get after it. Feel free to mix up rounds with strokes, kick, or equipment.
