4 X [100 + 3 X 25] @ 1:15/25
4 X [100 + 2 X 25] @ 1:15/20
4 X [100 + 25] @ 1:15/45
*1st 3 rounds, the 100 is smooth, the 25's are FAST!
*last round, the 100 is FAST, the 25 is EZ
*you can use your own stroke pattern or Kick Pattern or any equipment you want
