Main Set
3 X 50 + 3 X 150 + 3 X 250 @ 45/2:15/3
2 X 50 + 2 X 150 + 2 X 250 @ 45/2:15/3
50 + 150 + 250 @ 45/2:15/3

Note: Simple pattern that will keep you moving from start to finish. Feel free to make the set your own by adjusting sendoff's, add a kick or stroke pattern, or just keep it simple and swim FR
