6 X 50 BK/FR @ 50
6 X 75 BR/FR @ 1:10
4 X 100 IM @ 1:30
Notes: another steady, strong swim from start to finish mixing in all the strokes. Each round is 21 minutes, which makes the whole set a nice even hour.
